front and rear parking sensors not working

hi, can any one help?

my front and rear parking sensors have decided to stop working, I get the annoying fault beep when in reverse or drive. it is coming from the rear and not the front.

I have tried the trick to locate a faulty sensor, however non are clicking. Ive also had a mate use his diagnostic machine and this has thrown up the below fault codes:

B1B57 front sensors power circuit
B1B58 rear sensors power circuit

after rearing the numerous posts, I can see that anyone has actually answered the question. Im thinking maybe a split wire on the rear loom....

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to be an easy to happen thing, check the front bumper wires first as they seem to show water is an issue in there on the cables just find and patch em. worst case buy a new sensor. But they are not expensive.

Ive got the same problem and fault codes diagnosed on my Hawkeye diagnostics, took me less than half an hour to take the front bumper off, checked all the wiring and connections with no signs of water ingress or broken wires, even used a Decibel App on my phone with ignition to position one and the gear in drive & reverse and checked all PDC Sensors but its not obvious if they are working or not, difficult to hear if there is any clicking

This problem must be able to be sorted somehow?

I managed to fix the problem, ordered a used PDC Module from America £45 Inc postage

Only difference was the part number, I got a YWC500550 and what I removed was a YWC500313

I don't know what the difference is but I read that it should be YWC500550

Anyway problem sorted, but bear in mind I also replaced a corroded loom and sensors first

have the same codes for front and rear sensors.
B1B57 front sensors power circuit
B1B58 rear sensors power circuit
pdc light flashes and tone from rear sounder as soon as ignition is on
no ticking noise from any sensors. Replaced the module ($$$ )
still nothing. Big Cry
where is the loom usually broken/corroded? is it a ground or pwr wire?
help please!!!!!

I replaced the rear loom as it was corroded in a few spots behind the bumper, only accessible by taking the bumper off, the rear bumper is easier to remove than the front

England

Had this issue and same codes on our D4, yesterday in fact.
Bumpers off, wiring checked (no issues), all contacts cleaned and greased appropriately.
System reset, no codes present. Works like a charm now.
Seems like ours could have been water/dirt ingress throwing the whole lot out. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

After a long winter i spent the weekend pulling both the front and rear bumpers. wiring is in tact and did a resistance check on every wire to double check. found nothing Crying or Very sad

checked for voltage going to front and rear harness and no voltage found.

Has any one been able to figure this out?
