There are still various other things that could cause it. Can you give us as much info as possible - Any black smoke? Any unusual behaviour? What warning lings and dash messages are you getting? Fault codes?

Fuel filter would be a favourite though, and a good place to start without fault codes. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Yes, sounding a lot like a blocked fuel filter (or failing that, the LP fuel pump). Brake switch would be another possibility. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Top of the brake pedal. Thumbs Up

Easy to change, just make sure you don't release it before fitting or press the brake pedal when fitting:http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic30757.html

I think diagnostics are probably needed to get further now. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

How high does a TDV6 normally rev?

Hi, my tdv6 only revs to 4000rpm that's reving it in park and in drive it changes gear at 4000 rpm when I floor it, I haven't tried it in manual mode, would really like to no if this is normal, drives good and doesn't lack in power....
