That's correct and it works very well! Camera resolution is also greatly improved - particularly noticeable in the dark/low light.

Yes indeed. I think the fixing is exactly the same to be honest. I have a 15MY L405 which I always wondered why the camera fixing was so big for the relatively small size of the camera lens. Now makes sense if this was in development.

So what do you think is needed, a new camera? Presumably, if it has a built in washer jet, this connects to the rear screen wash using a Y-connector so that water pumped across goes to both.

Yes possibly just the camera but like I said they completely changed the design of the rear wiper and the washed system for 16MY. Before you buy, I'd check that this isn't completely dependent on this new system. |
