and did the dealer give you any discount or perhaps dealer fitted freebie options eg. Service pack, mats etc. I ask because I'm negotiating for new RRS and am finding it nigh on impossible to get anything off list. Refuse to pay retail at this sort of money. |

No discount at all unfortunately. As you said rrstdv8 demand is outrunning supply so dealers know there's no need to discount |

Yes Jim dropped the pan roof and decided to spend the saving on the upgraded sound system. |

Don't you believe that - it will probably be locked in December, and you will have missed the cut off, just because it gives one date now, doesn't stop them coming forward for being locked down. Been there before ! |

R444SPT is right and it applies even more so now that exports to China are tailing off and dealers don't keep in contact with clients paying £70k+ for a car. Keep checking with the dealer as some orders have been coming forward lately, for peace of mind check with the dealer every couple of weeks, monthly at the most to see if there is any progress and to see when your aorder will be locked down

The adaptive headlights are very good, you might want to add them also HSE Dynamic has only basic cruise control, not adaptive CC.. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Having just this week ordered a RRS myself, I've two suggestions. Nearly every recent RRS has privacy glass. Without it, I concluded my second hand RRS desirability would suffer. I'd also suggest the 5 yr Svc Pack. Out of interest I used the configurator to compare your choices against an AB (much of your spec is standard on the AB). Another £7300 ish extra I'm afraid. Good luck with your purchase. Loose the Stealth pack and wheels and it's 5K extra though!
