Hi I took the handles from the Autobiography which was in the breakers yard, with everything else lol..........Sadly all handles were scratched. So just replaced covers. External locks operate as I took the door modules with the interior.

brilliant conversion well done , what did you need to change except the door handles to get the lock/ unlock buttons to work on the outer door handles cheers .

Hi as I had removed the interior from a 2012 Autobiography the door cards had the door modules in them, with this I removed the handles and fitted them. I only replaced the external covers as 3 of them were scratched. They are only clipped in on the facelift models

So the wiring was already there to plug the outer handles into?

The wiring from the door handle plugged into each door module.

Do you happen to know if the 2012 turn signal and windshield wiper levers will work on a 2008 RRS?

Do you have the part nr for center consol unit you use.
I was trying to describe this to our main LR here in Sweden but they only find the console with adaptive unit.

Update on thread.
New 2012 tailgate fitted.
Found a 2012 Autobiography rear Tailgate ( one piece ) stripped it all down and sent to the body shop for painting

How'd did you wire it to open?

Hi it's wired to open the same way as the 2012, the boot release above the number plate still opens the tailgate and also opens via one press on the key fob.

can anyone else see more than the first 4 pictures? Looks great from what I can see but only the first 4 load up for me
