Wales 2008 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Stornoway Grey

I had the same warning on mine. I changed the brake switch, bulbs and had a new battery all to no avail. Turned out there was a dodgy ride height sensor. Once that was swapped for a new one, No more faults appeared. Although I have noticed that I do get the HDC inactive fault flashing up if the battery charge has dropped a bit..... Very sensitive to voltage drops these Range Rover's.... 2008 Supercharged Stornaway Grey, 22inch black Stormers

I do get the right drivers side wheel light flash red on the 4 x 4 screen only when I park my car round the back of my house which has a uneven level but only in that position, everywere else parked or driving the light disappears but this has been like this ever since I've owned the car an car sits level in all height positions but may still be worth changing.

Was it quite easy to replace? And how much was the ride height sensor? RRS SUPERCHARGED, 22 INCH ALLOYS, JAVA BLACK, FULLY COLOUR CODED

I wouldn't know what the 4x4 screen should display as mine isn't working and nobody can tell me why! The sensors are about £50 each and are simple to swap, 2 screws and an electrical connection to unplug. I only changed 1 and all was ok. 2008 Supercharged Stornaway Grey, 22inch black Stormers

Matford LR were doing full kits of genuine D3/RRS height sensors for £30 on Ebay. They don't seem to be there at the moment though.

NB: You should have the suspension re-calibrated if you replace a sensor. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
