Where can I find instructions etc to remove the front bumper off a 2012 AB?

Try YOU TUBE - POWERFUL UK - Its not difficult at all - Bonnet Up - FRONT GRILL - top tabs pushed down - bottom pulls out - HEADLIGHTS securing tab pulls up & lights lifted from location - enabling BLOCK connectors to be disconnected. That`s the easy bit - the only real issue is that the fasteners can brake or be a little rusty use 2 people to hold bumper when removing from main body. DON`T FORGET HEADLIGHT WASHER HOSE. Please note this is a rough guide the video covers everything.
