Mine came back much improved today but I can still hear the noise if there is peace and quiet in the car. Will make the dealer aware of this but it is unlikely I will book the car in again just for this. Too much hassle |

Had mine done.. Now all quiet however somewhat disappointed with the boot trim rubber is now covered in white gunk...it's used at the factory to help seal the boot rubber but it covers everything it subsequently touches.. Horrible stuff but you can't help get it everywhere... |

It's not that bad but having just pulled the top section of mine off previously to fit a Blackvue I was certainly aware of it....I don't know how they insert the anti slosh balls but presumably they have to have the boot floor out for some reason...hence the rubber has been taken off.....but it's impossible to get it back on without covering everything in white crap... |

Are these being fitted at the factory now? Only picked ours up last week and haven't driven far yet and tank pretty full so haven't noticed so far. I would like to think all done in advance as they know this issue? MY16 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography in Aleutian silver, stealth pack and toys. |

No dave777, they are only fixing if customers notice and flag it.

Just had MY15 go in yesterday for fuel slap, it's pathetic that range rover still has this issue after all this time.

My dealer here is fully aware of the problem ... but they don't know what the fix is.... There is also the language barrier...

Thats Fooking shocking service; Same issue as yours - went in once for a fix - still squealing brakes and smearing wipers - pads replaced and wipers under warranty - Go to another dealer group - Stratstone did mine |

Heard this for the first time today! Loud, annoying and most importantly entirely unacceptable. |

How confident are you? After they fitted the baffle plates, the noise in mine is nowhere near the level it used to be but I can still hear "something" if I am very attentive. Then again it could be coming from somewhere else but I am only noticing it now that the fuel noise is gone |
