Hi had the car about 9 months now and since having the car noticed a slight ringing noise that seems to be coming from front , possibly engine possibly wheel ? Difficult to identify area , it is only a very slight noise and to be honest you wouldn't hear it with the radio on even if the radio was on the lowest volume. But if your traveling along without the radio it would be noticeable , any ideas please

Is it on the engine ie goes up and down when you Rev the engine ? Or is it on the trans/ road wheels etc ? 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Sounds like it's coming from near side front wheel , so I'm guessing it could be brakes or bearing

Does it do it at all speeds? I have something similar but only on load from approx 50mph up. So far, 2 independents have been unable to diagnose.... 2010 TDV8

Hi , I would say it is more noticeable when you done a few miles ( warmed up a bit ) and generally noticeable at low speeds around town , it's less noticeable when you travel above 30mph because the engine noise and road noise makes it difficult to hear , I will get a better idea on Tuesday when it goes for an mot so any play in the wheel bearing and brake condition will be inspected
