Recall notice. Towing equipment?

Received in the post on Friday a letter from my local dealership about a recall on models between 2005 and 2009 something to do with the detachable towing equipment, (which mine is long gone). Anyone else get this or been in already to have what needed doing!

Is this a new recall?

My 2012 RRS was called at the start of this year and was checked on the service in March 2016 RRS 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Dynamic in Montalcino Red and Stealth Kit

My letter arrived while we were away on holiday. Sadly I have a non-LR branded swan neck so they won't be interested in looking at mine. Mine seems pretty tight with almost no wriggle room when it's in so hopefully it's OK. I'm looking at fitting a permanent item as we are getting a new horse so I think we'll be doing more towing. Looking at something like the Tow Trust bar as it doesn't hang down/stick out like the LR plough-like system does. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
