DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

Spaxton, Axminster, not that far from me, Not 100% yet but it looks like there is a very good chance, Geoff (mega flush God) ha, will be heading this way he will be based in Taunton, comment if your 100% about having it done,

UPDATE ON MEGA FLUSH!!! I've spoke to Geoff and I have a date Saturday 17th October, location is Wellington (just outside Taunton) as long as it is GARENTEED at least 4 members (couple more would be even better) with tdv6 RR sport or or disco 3/4 tdv6, if defenatly want a flush private message me with name, location, and contact number and I will call you with more details, the sooner the better to get everything organised. For those unaware, the gearbox flush is now recommended by ZF at 50-75k. It's essential to preserve the life of the box that it gets fresh oil, and in time. If you've reached 50k+ and the transmission hasn't yet had fresh oil, then I would strongly recommend that you get this done. Please don't hesitate and leave it too late, or torque converter replacement, or worse, a full gearbox recon is the result.  Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Had mine flushed and re-oiled by Neil at Bristol Transmissions. A really straight up guy who knows his stuff.
Unfortunately at 79k now, my transmission is developing error reports. Mainly delayed gear changes and the occasional soft "thud" when gear changing.
In my case, the flush and oil didn't solve anything.
So, I have to book in January to get them to totally overhaul my transmission and replace all the parts that are wearing.
I love my vehicle, it still looks great, all the important maintenance has been done and it's all paid for.
So....I'm just going to bite the bullet and get it done.
Been quoted £2,250 + vat.
Neil is a specialist and after talking to him, he said there is no hard and fast mileage at which this happens. He's had vehicles in for this at 50k and some at 120k.....luck of the draw.
Unfortunately, automatic transmissions are a "black art" I suppose.

Not sure specifically, but I would certainly apply it to the 8 speed too. The advice of changing ATF sooner and more frequently pretty much applies to autoboxes as a whole.

True enough, you can be unlucky and get issues at lower mileage as you have, though issues at higher mileages also become a certainty if the ATF isn't changed soon enough.  Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
