In the UK that would be not your problem but the dealer that sold you the car's problem - as under UK law faults arising within three months of purchase are the dealer's responsibility to fix.

Hi Paddi I am not sure on the law here but I do think it is very similar. They usually copy our laws from yours lol. The dealer is fixing it no problem. But letting a car off your forecourt that clearly need a new set of brake pads in my book is unacceptable. |

True just throw it on the forecourt. At least they are fixining it no problem. They also sold me an extended warranty with breakdown assist that I can't get a number for out of them.I forgot to mention the brakes worn light had come on before I sent it back in and I had said it to them also. I should have kept my evoque lol |

The relevant consumer law is EU wide so the dealers on the hook! |
