When the stop/start is engaged there is nothing on the dash unless you turn it from 'off' to 'on' it flashes up thats its active then goes out.

Thanks Sally,

So when the system is manually turned off, there is a PERMENENT reminder on the dash......

Many thanks,

Aleutian Silver is our default choice if we go for a standard colour. We saw an AB in that colour in the Crawley dealership.

However, we really like this colour:-

As this is going to be a keeper I think it's worth the premium.

We have ordered an aleutian silver from Crawley because we saw that one there Mudster. They had one in the showroom in January and one for sale second hand. Looked great especially as we were going to buy grey or black!

Great colour but being deleted in October so decide quick.

I'll be finding out how the 21s and 22s compare as I have both and will be swapping them in a few weeks; haven't decided what to do about the spats yet, my preference is to do nothing.

Like others here, I am very used to the sports car ride but that is not to say I want it all the time. I did 800 miles in a day in a 911 GT3 in late April and that was pretty tedious. The same distance a week or two later in a Mercedes SL was a completely different experience. That said, the SL (brakes) got distinctly hot and bothered on some high passes in Italy where the GT3 would not, so it's horses for courses.

Can't say for certain but I expect the SVR will suit me better on 21s but we'll see. Mark

Not mine, at least I hope not! InControl Remote from here in the South of France says it's all tucked up where I left it!

Bad news for the unfortunate owner. I wouldn't be happy... Maybe he'd (sorry Sally) just had a puncture. Mark

Does anyone buy Indus these days? They say white is the new silver and if you ask Porsche or Mercedes, the great majority of cars these days are black or white. 10 years ago, 50% of Mercedes were the Indus shade of silver.

I like Indus for the simple reason it will carry most interior colours (apart from Ivory, maybe) and if Estoril had not been introduced, I was planning to have it. I hardly ever see an RR in that colour, can't ever remember seeing an Evoque for example. Mark

Locally all i seem to see are black and grey. Saw one green one and one Estoril blue Mr. Green one.

We were going the same but the Aleutian really popped at us. I suppose LR like it as it was the launch colour for the hybrid. Haven't seen an Indus RRS but have seen an Evoque. Indus with a black roof I do like. We have gone for a black roof and didn't like the multi tone interiors. So glad we have delayed ours to get the full black interior. You mentioned that in another thread I think Mark. Just need to get the thing now!! Already planning the SVR replacement in three years!

Followed on Indus Silver with black roof Sport yesterday. Looked very nice. I think it's the only one I've seen.

One of my toy cars is silver with black and red interior. Lovely.

While we wait for ours I bought a toy silver one with a black roof too! Supposed to be a limited edition!

To think that I nearly went for Estoril and Pimento... Glad I didn't as that definitely doesn't work together.
Price is interesting though - still commanding quite a premium over list. SOLD - 15 plate Estoril SVR

SOLD - 64 plate Aleutian Silver Supercharged

SOLD - 63 plate Corris SDV6 Autobiography

Not a good combo. The car still looks amazing from the outside. MY16 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography in Aleutian silver, stealth pack and toys.
