I am watching this thread with interest. Looks like I shouldn't bother with a private sale and just accept part ex in September 2012+ RRS1 was always great value for money (relatively speaking) but has become even better in that respect. As above, the reason for no interest would be finance and the added protection and convenience that comes with buying from a franchised dealer. However, the thing is with a car that is so new, even when buying private, the buyer does have a lot of protection in the form of nearly half the manufacturer warranty still remaining. I would have seriously considered yours if I was in the market for one. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Just to clarify £37k price guide was for a 30k miles private sale in poor condition - all the other price guides give £39-42K for mine
Auto Trader
Parkers
CAP
Maybe if I was looking to buy a new one costing £70k the dealers would offer more - I guess they just smell a killing and are taking advantage Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW Still hoping for a S2 one day! |

Ouch £32k , what an insulting offer! I ended up trading up mine in for £31.5k, not great but I liked the car they had. Just a month back in March i was offered £34k by a dealer but they didn't have th right car. The 15 reg has really plummeted the values. Anyway hang in there I'm sure the right buyer will come along. Have you also advertised it on other sites such as Autotrader, Pistonheads, eBay etc. ? 2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography 2012 RRS SDV6 HSE -Orkney Grey with A/B bodykit - Now Gone 2007 RRS TDV6 HSE - Zermatt Silver - Gone |
