When I bought it I took advantage of LR 2 years 50/50 interest free deal and this ends In July so I have a balloon payment to make at same time as finding deposit and applying for mortgage for new house that needs work

I'm also remortgaging my old house and renting it out, buying a plot to build new business premises and then converting the old premises to rent out as bungalow

My mortgage broker is advising me to sell anything I don't need and avoid any expenditure until applications approved. Not slept for a while and coffee is my best friend right now. I can't afford whiskey

Think I just realised I'm not getting any younger and thought what the hell time for a change. Spent the last 20 years raising kids in the same house and now they're independent so last chance to set up for retirement

Owning a RR was always my dream and the last one spoiled that but this one has brought it back again and to give it away losing all that money just isn't fair. I may be forced to sell if things get any tighter but we'll see. If I sell now and turns out we could of managed I'll kick myself.
