Yesterday i treated the Sport to a gearbox flush and Alive tuning Remap form Discomikey.

I can honestly say WOW what a difference a simple oil change can make and the oil didn't even look that bad.
From the first 30 seconds in the car you begin to realise that all the little quicks that were once there have now gone. Things you had been accustom to "The bump between 1st into 2nd" and the bump from "2nd into 1st" have now gone. The change is so much smoother and you hardly even notice the gear change.

The Alive Tuning Remap has made the car much more spirited to drive. Pick up is more responsive and it pulls like a train right through the rev range. Hard to believe your lugging around in a 2.5 t vehicle.
Will be driving down to Alten Towers next weekend so ill be able to give feed back as to how much more economical it is on a longer drive for anyone interested.

My next flush after yourself was not quite so straight forward. Someone had filled the box with regular ATF. Only time will tell if any lasting damage has been done

Anyway, let me know when your brakes are nearing the end, and I'll get your V8 upgrade sorted

Need to get it done before next year and I start towing the track car and a car trailer
