New Turbos 3.6TDV8

Drove up from near Blackpool today and left my car in capable hands of Disco Mikey. 2 new turbos and bits and pieces whilst body off. Cheaper than local independents and to be honest I trust him to do a better job. 👍👍👍

S'funny, but I'd also had the idea of a trip up to the badlands ( Whistle ) to have him do work...so far I've resisted but if my locals keep getting stuff wrong... 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Was seized actuators, as opposed to 2 imploded turbos Thumbs Up

Made the diagnosis in a motorway services, at 9pm during my flushing tour Laughing

Well spoke to mike today car all done. Just the gearbox flushing to do in the morning while I'm traveling up on the train. Hopefully no more big bills for a while. 😜😜

Just an update. Picked car up.. A big thanks to Disco Mike. New Turbos fitted. Gearbox Oil changed and rear brake pipes done while the body was off.

Gave it some welly on the way back down South, car ran like a dream.
