Google Ivor Williams Trailers and look on their website to see where your local dealer is located. If my local agent is anything to go by they were excellent on advice for getting me exactly what I wanted (a secure trailer for all my windsurfing kit that could also carry up to 4 mountain bikes) and they can do a certain amount of customisation for you. The great thing is they change their designs infrequently so if you need spares they can usually supply them off the shelf - after having my Defender rechassised it rode about 5 cm higher after the suspension was also replaced and this is such a common thing with Defenders Ivor Williams have a replacement draw for their trailers now (cost me £25 fitted inc VAT to get the trailer sorted to tow behind the refettled 90 again). Not necessarily the cheapest but my trailer is now 25 years old and still looks like new (it is kept in my garage when not in use) 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Buster, yes a great run home even though the weather didn't play - from leaving Hanger Lane Premier Inn to Glasgow it was torrents of rain. Now know that once the engine loosens up a bit and the fuel consumption gets better that I can do the 400 miles without having to fuel up at motorway services enroute (arrived home with the fuel gauge showing just above the E but the trip computer showing 70 miles range left in the tank). Average mpg of 29.9 on average speed of 68mph. Compared to to the TDv8 the car simply leaps away when you press on the loud pedal and the ride on the 22" wheels is excellent.

I used to have a big twin axle Ifor Williams trailer too. Another vote here. Get a 2005-2009 RRS (FAH500210) sat nav/dash mat here - the one that wasn't there when you bought the car.

Ifor Williams, they are the only trailer to buy! They tow brilliantly, the most stable on the market and when maintaineded well will last forever. I wouldn't buy anything else! 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE- Cairns Blue with 22" Stormers |
