The last time I saw this discussed I think the suggestion was run it at least once a month for 30 minutes.

I also leave mine on auto aircon all the time. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Whilst the technical side of this is true it does not apply to your vehicle. When you deselect climate control it actually keeps the aircon on but at a very low level (5%) to prevent the seals from drying out and leaking. The aircon is only fully off if you turn the HEVAC panel completely off. I guess JLR gave it some thought for once.
