Go for 4300k for OEM look - the higher the number the bluer the light. 5000k is supposed to be the ideal |

Hi, the lower the number 4300k will give a yellow light, the higher the number 10000K will give a blue light. I have fitted 6000k which gives a crisp white light (this is about as high up the scale you can go and still stay legal) and looks good if you change the side lights to 6000K LEDS.

Also remember that the higher you go, the less bright the lights will actually be. 4300k is meant to be the brightest AFAIK, 6000k will have a distinct blue tint to them (bought these for my old E30).. and once you get past about 12000k I think, maybe slightly higher, they actually start to change colour completely.. with purples, greens, etc.. just FWIW

If you want maximum light output, go for 4300k. 5000k if you must but 6000k will just be reducing the output. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

I'm sure I've seen you around so I'll keep an eye out for you & let you know how they look. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute. |

I recommend these: http://www.hids4u.co.uk/501-led-bulb-long-...white.html I find the 5000k ones match the OEM (4300k) bulbs well. (Re xenon bulbs, my recommendation is as above.) Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK
