Tasmod's sill problem

Has anyone else experienced problems with Tasmod's sills coming unstuck, I sometimes catch the drivers door one getting in the car and it sort of rattles as it isn't always stuck down properly, I push it down and it sems to restick, only to come partly unstuck again later Sad
I checked all four of them today and all of them were partly unstuck, I know it could be due to the hot weather, but this doesn't seem very satisfactory Sad
Idea It would seem they could do with a third centre strip of double sided tape to help them stay stuck.. Arrived - RRSport 2016 HSE SDV6 HSE
Loire Blue/Ivory leather Privacy Glass

Gone - RRSPORT 2010 TDV6 HSE
Stornaway/Ebony Premium leather with Lunar stitching, Heated Steering Wheel and Privacy Glass.

Gone - RRSPORT TDV6 HSE
Buckingham Blue/Ivory, Privacy Glass, Tasmods Sills, Supercharged Black Badges all round, Grille & Vents, plus RRSport Sticker & Brolly of course.

Hmmm, not sure why mine aren't sticking properly Sad I made sure I cleaned the sills before sticking them so can't be dirt etc..it is almost as if the Tasmod sills don't run straight with the car sill, it seems to come unstuck in the centre, thought about trying to bend them slightly to follow the contour of the car sill better, but afraid I might kink them Shocked Arrived - RRSport 2016 HSE SDV6 HSE

That's weird - mine have been on now for 6 or 7 months like Rob_J's and they're still rock solid. I wouldn't try and bend them as I'm sure you'd ruin them. Maybe drop Rob (Tasmod) a PM and see what he thinks?

Mine are all OK - BUT - there is slight movement as you say if you catch them - esp. the drivers one. I think this has happened to mine due to the amount of times I wash the car. I would'nt wory too much - you may just need to reomove the loose ones and apply new adhesive strips [ lots of them ] these are available from lots of places - Halfords/B&Q etc etc.

If I was designing them from scratch I think I would have included more adhesion for them.

However - they were fitted to my car last year & I am 100% happy with them. Very Happy

They reckon 37C here at Heathrow tomorrow... and in an office where the aircon doesn't work and an entire wall of glass for the sun to shine on. Oh joy.
