My daughter Claudia and i are taking part in a 1 day, 100km bike ride around northern France in June - which should be interesting……so I am hoping you might be able to help us reach our target of raising £1000 for Scope, the disability charity. Started training at the weekend and worked out a decent 26km route close to home;
