hi all, ime new to this site & ime hopng somebody out there can help. I have owned my rrs for three & a half years now, & it has cost a pretty penny to keep it on the road, having replaced discs, pads & calipers to the rear, both egr valves, alternator all the work comes to approx Ģ3000. The latest repair bill is still on going, there has been a knocking coming from the front passenger side, so the mechanic took it to his garage, replaced the the hub bearing on the front passenger wheel & said that should fix the problem, but it did'nt. When I got the car back it was just as bad, phoned the garage they took it away again sent it back saying they could'nt find anything wrong, is there anybody out there can point my mechanic in the right direction many thanx wings. |

Yes this is true either drop links or ARB Bushes are worn. I had my bushes and drop links done at the dealers and it was not that bad, If I recall drop links were Ģ140 fitted. Front ARB Bushes were Ģ83 all in. |

Need to have some weight on the wheel to test the joint on RR. If you jack them up to full travel or left them off the ground it appears that there is no wear. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

The drop links put tension on the anti roll bar and stops you seeing any movement but if you disconnect them you will see if there is any movement. It takes about 10 minutes to check them mate |
