H7 is the headlight main beam fill-in bulb. Sidelights are 501 W5W. Reversing lights are 382 I think. You need two of each.

Do not trust the manual on headlight bulbs, check what you actually have. '08 RRS TDV8

Probably a stupid question but can you buy zenon H7 bulbs and replace the H7 Halogens? I dont even know what I have to be honest.

You can fit H7 bulbs that use Xenon gas to produce more light but these are not the same as an HID system which requires ballasts to create a higher voltage etc. An HID system operates by creating an electric arc rather than a filament. There are good HID kits available, and plenty of bad ones, but none are road legal. A decent, well fitted kit should not cause undue glare to drivers but it is still not legal. While, I think, you might be able to get the D2S bulb to fit in an H7 with an adapter, you would have to ensure the arc remains at the focal point of the reflector. The slightest change (even just 1mm) has a dramatic effect on the light output. You would also have to purchase ballasts and wire them in or the bulbs would not function. In short, you could not just replace the H7s with those.
