Had my car in for abit of work last week. While in there ask the guy to calibrate the air suspension. Picked the car up then today went to put the car access height, pushed the switch said lowering then said raising to off road height!!!! Wouldn't go
Into access height try'd 3 or 4 times. Car had a new compressor just over 12 monthes ago from main dealer, and before Friday didn't have this problem ( car would go into access height and lock, ) only had it calibrated as not had it long and while car was in there didn't think it would do any harm having it done just so I new it would be spot on! Any suggestions????

They've not calibrated it properly probably.

I lowered another RRS and did it to the maximum it would without raising to off road height when you drop it.

Needs re doing properly or changing the height sensor and re calibrating to correct it.  Bodsys Brake Bible

Is it a big job recalibrating the air suspension?

Not really, just needs working out properly and the right electronic tool to make the adjustments.  Bodsys Brake Bible
