TDV8 TURBO REPLACEMENT! "DIY"

car failed two weeks ago to find out I had one seized turbo the other had took half the sump into the intercooler!
so nothing else for it, buy a ramp and get the body off!.

since the body was off I replaced all wish bone bushes , upper and lower.

2 new land rover turbos, feed pipes, drain pipes, new flexi brake pipes and full set of body trim fixings.

not a job for the faint hearted!

No doubt you still have change left over when comparing the cost of the ramp, turbos and arms to the price of a stealership Turbo replacement?

Excellent work there Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Over for a visit from disco3.co.uk

I'm still trying to get over the bit where you bought a set of ramps... Shocked Bow down 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Rrstdv8, the wife can't grasp it either! Lol. It's there if you need to use it! I figured I would need it again whilst in the possession off a TDV8!
