I'm just so envious of the 2-post.

Not keen on the polybushes though - shudder. Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Shocked

If only the franchised dealer had used a 2 post when they dropped my last RRS off the 4 post beams Big Cry

Eh - you might have started something Exclamation

I couldn't do a worse job than all the dealers I've left - off to price a 2 post and raising the roof on my garage Laughing

Good job from a man who is obviously not prepared to compromise!

This is not helping to convince me that I don't really need to build a new garage with a two post lift in it Rolling with laughter

Bit of a nightmare removing the old bushes from the wish bones due to seizure ! Plenty heat and a press was required. Bottom ones can be done with body on........top,ones on the other hand is a body off job as it was off anyway. Can be done with body on but its a real tight job and prey the bolts are not seized in the bushes! #grinder! The poly bushes being fitted is the easy part! I also done the anti roll bar bushes also as was so,easy with the body off. Thumbs Up

neils rrs, I seen afew old threads back in 2012 that the cost at a local stealership! was in the region off £9k!

I bought two brand new landrover turbos from a guy on ebay selling a whole load off lady stuff for £1050 deliverd
the stealership needed £1849 for one and £1521 for the other!! so that was a saving already!.
