Opening! Then you have the option of opening it if/when you want to.

I´m 6'4" and very well proportionated and with an opening sunroof, the lowered liner realy blocks my head.

I went with fixed. Reason is from experience over the years. Previous opening roofs invariably leaked afters a while. In reality I seldom had them open as you may expect living in Scotland.
