2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Atacama Sand

Anybody know what this is

Found it laying on the bottom of the OSR wheel arch behind the mud flap

Presume some kind of breather pipe but the 2 curved end suggest that both should be connected

It Is a breather, I believe for the fuel filler neck.

Does no harm with it not being there. Seen loads of them missing
