Either the wrong alloys in the car or you got a duff batch. Sounds like the front right will probably let go one as well. Get yourself some 19's, better comfort, cheaper tyres and look classier imho.

What tyres do you have on it? Are they correctly rated for the vehicle? Be worth checking that the alloys are the correct ones too. Wouldn't be the first time a dealer has sold a RRS with incorrectly rated footwear...

Tyres are general grabber GT. Which I had fitted in January 2014

Any particular 19's? Or just any type from an alloy wheel shop?

I bought the genuine 15 spoke RRS alloys which are correct for our model year. They came standard on the SE model.

Such as these

What's the tyre size on 19's?

I believe on 20's it's 275 x 40

You can also have 55 profile, which gives you an even better ride. My winter tyres were 55 profile.

Will changing to 19's invalidate my Land Rover warranty and/or insurance?

Will I need to recalibrate the speedo if the new tyre circumference is different?

I run this type:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Land-Rov...1499499159

It shouldn't affect your warranty or insurance if you use LR wheels designed for your vehicle and fit tyres in the recommended size/load range for those wheels. Always worth checking with your insurance company to make sure but so long as it's a manufacturer approved wheel and tyre size you should be fine.

I run 255/55/19 Grabber AT on mine (Disco size) and have had no problem with LR's extended warranty. I informed my insurance company of the tyre size change and they were happy. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Spain

Silly question maybe, but I assume your have the tyres at the correct pressure. Running on a lower pressure could increase the chance of wheel damage In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

Yes tyres are always at correct pressures. We even fitted tyre pressure monitors to each wheel in January this year so we know next time we get a cracked alloy.
