if its anything like rain-x it works well at speed but when you go slow and put wipers on it smears which was a pain at night |

i use the carlack glass twins for my side and rear glass, and its amazing stuff, a cleaner and then the sealent.

Agree with above - but I prefer with Rain X than without.

Never tried Duxback, mainly as I'd always seen it as an overpriced product sold by dealers

The AA did my Audi windscreen when the wiper motor went with DUX.

Just driven on motorway in heavy rain and spray. Rain-x meant I didn't need the wipers.

Sparky - make sure the screen is REALLY clean, by that, I mean, clay the screen first, then get some Bar Keepers Friend (Tesco, Robert Dyas etc) and give the screen a thorough clean with it, then if you have some, wipe over with IPA (alchohol solution) after too, to give it the best bonding chance.

Thanks all, think I will try the G5, should suit my needs as don't do a lot of motorway mileage, so should be fine for me around town. Current Volvo XC90 R Design T8
