Engine running, left foot firmly on brake pedal. Put in drive, bring in the throttle with the right foot. Revs will increase (and the rear will squat slightly). At about 2.2k-2.5k rpm the revs will stop rising. If the revs keep rising then the TC might be tired.

Probably happens in third gear, when revs are about 1500-2000. You'll probably notice the revs will fluctuate in line with the vibration.

i don't want to steal someone else's thread but mine has been doing this for about 12 months and not really got any worse. How long does the tc normally last when the vibration starts? |
