Hi all my rrs is booked in to LR to get the EPB sorted as is been playing up a couple of weeks.
So have been not using the handbrake.

I think my mrs accidentally put the handbrake on and now it will not disengage.
I've tried the manual release and the wire just lifts and the brake will still not release.
I've pulled it so hard. It comes up about 3-4 in then just retracts back.

Any ideas ? As it seems I might have to get a tow truck or something.
I really haven't a clue what to do ?

Warranty direct have already oked the repair which it was booked on for.

When it goes off you will know. It will go off with a bang and it will seem you have broken something. Try pulling harder with maybe a screwdriver as a handle through the loop.

I made a hook from round stainless steel rod does the trick. Where in Essex are you?? if not to far maybe I could come over??
