One touch window lowering not working

Hi guys,

When I press any of the window switches to lower or raise the glass, the one touch operation doesn't work. I have to keep it pressed and when I let go, the window stops moving.

Any suggestions? Would it have anything to do with the interior alarm sensor as I currently have this disconnected?

Any help appreciated Thumbs Up LCFC. Receiver of threatening letters from Overfinch.

Looks like they need resetting. Check the manual for instructions to perform a reset but I think it is done on each window by fully closing it and then holding the switch in the close position for a few seconds.

Apparently "one touch" only works on the driver's window in your model. From 2006 handbook:

One touch operation (driver’s door only)
By pressing firmly (and then releasing) the switch, a window will open or close fully at a single touch. Window movement can be stopped at any time by BRIEFLY pressing the switch again.

Resetting one touch operation
Disconnecting the power when the window is moving will cause memory loss. To reset the memory, drive the window to the top and keep the switch pressed for one second.

Sag, one touch only on drivers door for 06MY but its as fkarim says......

Hold the switch down until window fully lowers and you hear a feint click sound. Then all the way up again until you here the click sound. One touch should then be reset Thumbs Up

It happens some time that the one touch memory gets lost for no apparent reason.

Good luck ! Carl
