2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

satnav gone off and no sound from stereo

Hi all. I need a bit of help. I am the proud owner of a 09 RRS, and after picking the wife up at the station the satnav has gone off and the stereo is running but with no sound. have i touched some thing i don't know about, or is it a fault.
