I'm no expert, but, perhaps wheel bearings or have a look under car to see if somethings loose and touching a wheel occasionally

Sticky caliper After a run out and you have experienced the noise, check to see if any of your wheels are hotter than the rest. |

just been told needs new pads, so im assuming disc aswell if its been metal to metal :-/ |
