Rubbing/grinding noise

Having a rubbing grinding noise from the wheels of my sport it does it then doesn't, off and on? Break pads seem fine ! :-/

I'm no expert, but, perhaps wheel bearings or have a look under car to see if somethings loose and touching a wheel occasionally

Sticky caliper After a run out and you have experienced the noise, check to see if any of your wheels are hotter than the rest.

just been told needs new pads, so im assuming disc aswell if its been metal to metal :-/
