Yellow parking light on??

Hi guys, I have got the yellow parking light on it's not flashing it's just on all the time been like this for a week now hoping it would go off, would this be a sensor or are we talking a problem with the handbreak? Any help would be great thanks

2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Could be an EBA fault, could be brake pad wear. Need to check for any fault codes and go from there. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Buckingham Blue

Taking the negative cable off the battery and then reconnecting it again can sometimes reset the light and get the handbrake working again. If the light comes back again then it needs some attention.
