RRS Specialists? Really? Very poor service (RESOLVED)

Hi New member on the site (great by the way)

Called A-Plan for quote as everyone seems to be very happy, Called up, advised I was form the RRS forum, they said, "dont know what that is" I said you advertise on the site, they said "don't know, but don't worry we can GIVE IT A GO"

The chap I spoke to had no idea on the spec of my car, asked me if it was a hatchback or convertible????!!!!

I have side steps, tinted windows, EGR Valve removed, he had totally no idea what I was on about?

Said he would have to refer the modifications as "will make it tricky" spoke to them at 9:30, and no reply, dont think i will bother.

Any body else has this?

I know how you feel. I was already with A Plan with my Rav4. They quoted nearly double of what Tesco car insurance quoted.

And that was after a lot of faffing about on the phone for 3/4 of an hour.

Very sorry to hear your feed back.

Firstly let me apologise for the service you have received today form one our branches. There is no excuse for not calling you back.

The RRS facility is only through the Bletchley office (which I am the manager off). My number is 01908 271771.

Ok so update,

Just got off the phone from Rob Neal at the Bletchley office, talk about totally different service! Rob knew exactly what my mods were and was very professional yet very amusing to talk too.

He said he will call me back in 15 mins, so i will let you know how i get on!

Some employee's make a whole company look bad.

I suppose it's all down to luck who answers the phone.................... Or bad training of said employee.

Policy quoted and taken out, very good price and very good service from Rob. He also sold me my home contents too that I had been meaning to sort for a while.

Only feedback, speak only the the Bletchley office - I can recommend Rob Neal.
