Have you checked the fuse hasn't blown, ie, does the standard cigar lighter work? |

Had this with rear lighter socket on mine when I Ran dual lead to Acc socket. Turned out that when I folded down rear seat, I pushed the plug in to socket. Took it to bits and found positive terminal misplaced so "re-adjusted" it. Funny enough my FF just did exactly the same thing. Lighter works, sat nav worked but USB type plug that you now get wouldn't as has ridge to prevent "over insertion" 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

I have had the same issue for the past 3 years, and have now given up, the lighter works as it should, it has had around 7 different phone chargers in it, and not one has worked Yep they all work in the rear one 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater ))) |
