New potential owner with a few questions

Hi all,
A dealership I work with has a 55 plate supercharged with 103k and FSH (no invoices just stamped book.)
It needs a little TLC in the bodywork department (I do this for a living) and I can have it for £9750.
I will say straight away, I know it has 2 keys but only one unlocks using the buttons, unsure of the owners but will assume no more than 2 as its been serviced at the same dealership throughout.

Does this seem like a good price?
I've had 2 FFRR's and a D3 but have always fancied the one in the middle. Spent a bit of money keeping them as they should be but always get 'that feeling' with LR products. Haha.

Has all the usual spec, RSE maybe an extra?

The OBC said 9mpg, surely it's not that bad?

Thanks.

If you are happy sorting bodywork and everything else is ok then doesn't sound a bad price to me.

You will be able to achieve more than 9mpg, it's probably been shunted around the yard a bit. I average between 13-15 depending on what I'm doing. I have seen it say 20 on the motorway.

My crappy 3.0 X5 only does about 21mpg mixed so i'd be happy with 13-14mpg.

Just with the car again now, it has come up with the suspension fault on the dash. It has been sat for a few days so may be the battery?? Took it for a 5 minute drive and turned it off and on again and it came back on when i lowered the car again. What could this be if not the battery?
also, the drivers door doesn't lock with the key? Seem to remember seeing something about the mechanism is prone to go on that door.
