I did see that, very good price but it is out of my budget at the moment, I could always hold out for a few months though and get a 2012 model when they drop in price a bit or I have more cash.

2012 gets 8 speed rotary/paddle shift for a start which is way better than the earlier 6 speed gearknob IMHO Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

2012 is a nicer car than 2011. Worth the wait if it's a few months more saving!

Thanks for the advice guys, playing devil's advocate here but if I did go for the car mentioned above, is that a good price for the spec as it was in fantastic condition. |

I didn't end up buying that particular one but I got one that was a couple of months older and on a 60 plate but still a MY11. Exact same spec as above but with 22" wheels instead, I paid £33k.

Your rear parking sensors must go mental when you get that close to your garage! Do you have a rear camera? Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6
