engine sound

Hello
Be gentle with me never drove rrs bought one and just curious about engine sound its hard to explain you cant hear revs its Censored really hard to eplain but by Censored its noisy 2.7 ltr auto somebody help

Looking like it's either wheel bearings or front diff is Censored and garage is going to screw me what a pile of junk I've just landed myself with worst purchase I've made £20000 we'll spent I'm away to get bladdered some pills overdose is on the cards we'll and truly Censored right off

Wheel bearing isn't too expensive. They also seem to be a consumable item in the RRS/D3.

Front diff is expensive though. Hopefully it's not that.

What tyres are fitted to it? Some tyres can be noisy - in an otherwise quiet vehilce the tyre noise can be quite alarming. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Replaced loads of them

Okay had technician diagnose noise up on ramps looks likes gearbox has been out car poor replacement rear brake pipes park brake module cables incorrectly routed heat shield missing transfer box seems to be causing the noise oil with oil level low need to source Transfer box been quoted £100 to replace it hope @ least this cures it anyone know whee to get transfer box 2.7 hse 2008 ????? Been on to previous owner ...told him / her wasn't happy not that they give a transfer box flying fook oppossssssss I've still got there private reg I was meant to transfer for them oh dear shame that I'm getting used to that all ready bastards sorry language ......

There are About 20 on eBay. Try and find one with a guarantee. £100 is a good price for fitting?

Brake pipes are quite common I think and fitting new ones requires the body to come off, unless you fit a joint (probably what you've got). Provided they aren't leaking that's how they go! Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY
