I called in to stratstone today to book my TDV8 in for a service after being shown to a sofa and offered a coffee for which i declined as i thought i would be there long enough after waiting 20mins i gave up and left

Poor service. I'd be tempted to email the dealer principal and let him know. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I have spoken to the principal and he assured me it was unacceptable (but the funniest thing is next week my company will be in the dealership to replace all the flooring in the show room and my contact is the principal )i wonder should i give him the same service

No, don't lower your standards to theirs. It will damage your reputation and possibly jeopardise any future work with the group. Just turn up in your sport and get them to service it while you are working there yourself.

I have booked it in to an indy at pershore nr worcester now i comes highly recommended by another one of my customers I wouldn't dream of coming down to there standards it has taken too long to build our reputation to what it is today i was just being flippant
