Lol - you were meant to. I was just pointing out the performance similarities (according to TG anyway) and the fact that the V6 seemed to them to be the better overall choice. I guess if you can't live without the noise and can live with the fuel consumption, then that's a deal breaker. Notably, the later V6s came with the dynamic pack anyway (at least, my Black Edition has...) so handles pretty well for a 2.5 tonne barge. HSE Black - Orkney Grey, ivory leather, privacy glass, tow bar. GBNF - Discover 4 XS Nara Bronze (11); Discovery 3 HSE, Zermatt Silver (57); Discovery 3 HSE, Buckingham Blue (55); Volvo V70 Titanium SE (53); Audi A4 1.9 TDI SE, Denim Blue (02); Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6, Black (99-V); VW Corrado VR6, Red (92-K); Toyota MR2, Racing Green (94-M); Nissan Sunny GTI, Red (92-K); Mk1 Toyota MR2 T-bar, Red (89-G); Citroen AX GT, Red (87-E); Talbot Horizon, Snot Green (83-A, I think). |

The loan sport I had went well, performance you could live with and as you say, handled well, but........ It lacks the grunt to pull 650 kg trailer, 1350 kg rally car plus spare wheels fuel and tools or my tintent up and down the hills of Devon and Cornwall. My old car performed the same empty or loaded. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀

Talk to James at HGG and he might be able to do you a good deal on that one Simon, or maybe another one he has in stock. Lookers recently bought HGG out. |

The black MY10 TDV8 at Hadley Green was mine. Recently part exchanged for their demo RRS2 HSE Dynamic.

Your correct , nice car. Did try and do a deal but it seems usual play resumes, to go from a Fullfat to a Sport, £14 k or there abouts. Seems my car has dropped £6k in a week as it has" to be sold at auction".
