Non AFS headlight compatible?

Hi I have a RRS SC 2005 with AFS headlights however I am no doing a 2010 conversion the DRL new headlights all seem to be non AFS can I use these in my upgrade or do I need to do wiring or recoding? In order for them work without a fault code?

You will need either:

AFS lights, to stop the warning light coming on the dash

Someone to disable the AFS feature in the cars CCF

The 2nd option is much easier, quicker, and probably cheaper too Thumbs Up

Hi there

I have valeo 2010> AFS headlights for my conversion but the light remains on when I offer them up to the car. When I put the old ones back the light goes out on the dash?

It must be something to do with the 16 pin headlamp connector or the LCM lighting module? As everything on the lights work indicators all bulbs etc except the AFS function?

Has anyone resolved this issue please?
