Shiny ivory oxford leather - what to do?

I have ivory perforated oxford leather seats in my FF. Keeping them clean with AutoGlym leather cleaner and balm but the leather is slowly going 'shiny' - especially the perforated centre section - and the seat bolsters as well but to a lesser degree. The shiny look is not good - looks like vinyl plastic of open top 70's sports cars.

Is there a solution to retain the matt finish. The seat heaters get a lot of use so the leather does dry out - hence the autoglym leather balm once every couple of weeks in the winter.

I don't normally care - we have three kids in the back making a mess - but the shiny look is pretty horrible. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

This stuff seems to have some good reviews, but I can't vouch for it personally as I've not used this particular one.
