When did you last have the fuel filter changed, you can get some fine stainless steel wire and lock it on with that, I have done a few in the past and they have all worked, but if you want to do the job properly then buy a new spill off pipe about £70.00 I think.

They are bonded on and the glue just deteriorates and goes soft.

I've just repaired my leaking spill rail but it was only the o ring, i refitted the plus and it blew back out throwing diesel everywhere. I bent the clip together before refitting and goofy wood it's been ok so far.
