You do know if you have the gvif unit, with a £4.99 lead you can watch anything from your iPhone on the standard screen. |

Ok so many possibilities , what would you all do ? Basically I want the cheapest and tidiest option, I have an iPhone 5 with unlimited Internet download data , I have sky go linked to the phone and drove around today with it on all works fine, so now I want to view on main screen or add tablet and view through that , what would you guys do ? And what would I need to do it , rich |

If Sky go is the main reason only option in my opinion is an IPad mini. It fits over the existing nav unit if you want a less hassle install but you will need to cut the left vent for the charger cable.

I thought I'd just give a bit of a plug to Nick from Aftermarket Vehicle Accessories, who supplied and fitted a reverse camera and TV tuner for just over £500. I didn't fancy taking the job on myself!

Hi jay, yes got it all but not happy with Bluetooth at mo as sound is a lot quieter than normal stereo, don't know if the Bluetooth adapter I got is not up to the job as it was just a cheap one . Rich |

I will try to dig out the details of the one I got off ebay. It was cheap but works perfect although you do need to make sure the tablet volume is up fairly high. If going above 30 on the volume dial there is a slight interference sound which i think is down to the cheap electrics in it. This can be removed by adding a ground loop adapter in between the Bluetooth adapter and the aux socket, or as my wife would say by not listening to music that loud
