S!! To hse

Hi everyone ive just bought a rrs s it has most upgrades like leather Bluetooth sat nav but is missing some little things that I would like to do myself as I love the car so much! Is it a straight switch for a new bumper with fogs and front sensors?
Is the wiring looms already there for both? I wish i got a hse for the heated seats which I'm pretty sure can't be retro fitted but if anyone has done this id love to know how much it costs to do?
Also if anyone knows how much the front sensors are that would be great

Sorry for asking so many questions but everyone is so helpful best forum ive ever been on!!

Hi Adam, nobody minds you asking questions mate. I'm probably not the best person to ask but there are others here who have changed just about everything there is to change so I'm sure somebody will be along to help. It may help if they know a few more details about the car like the year it was built and which year you are updating to. If you are going to change bumpers etc there may be other options out there so it would be a good idea to have a look through some of the updated cars like Peachy's for example. Now that man knows how to change a motor Thumbs Up MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

I think the most cost effective way to upgrade your bumpers to HSE is to keep a look out for another forum member who is doing an Autobiography upgrade to their HSE, that way you can buy their original HSE bumpers at a decent price and they can reduce their conversion costs at the same time. Everyone a winner Thumbs Up MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

Adam - do you have the reversing bleepers already ? If not its not that easy - if you check out this video - it will show the connectors needed for the sensors & fogs remove the grill & lights - 5 min job - when removing pull the grill away & up so you don't scratch the bumper.

No - I went for the full 2012 facelift - which means the headlights are the new version. Sparky on here used to do an amazing set - I've seen them in the flesh Cool Thumbs Up apart from him the rest seem to be done by EBay companies - try the site sponsor Meduza - they do everything Thumbs Up
My advice - take your time ask yourself what are you trying to achieve - it can be a money pit - that's without the normal costs of owning an RRS - but I wouldn't have it any other way Very Happy 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

PEACHY is right, doing the conversion on your own might cost a lot, however if you know your car I think it's a better option to stay with it and just change it look a bit, than buying some unknown postlift one and than sepend a lot of time and money in the garage to fix it.
